If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in the condition you received them, in the original packaging if possible, and with all the original tags attached. A refund will be given of the original purchase price in the original method of payment. Returns are always free however please note: if you paid for expedited shipping we cannot refund any part of the shipping fee.

When you call, you will be given a Return Authorization # which is only valid for 30 days and must be written in bold on the outside of the returned package.

Once our customer service department obtains your information Fed Ex will then send you an email detailing the process of the return. Please repack the item(s) in the original packaging, with the original packing slip inside the package. Then, take the email from Fed Ex and your package to the closest Fed Ex location. Once we receive your return, processing of your credit may take up to 10 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your item(s) and the return has been processed.
Gift Returns. If an item was purchased for you as a gift, you may exchange it for another size or color as long as the amount paid is equal to the amount of the exchanged item.
