HOW DO I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can check the status of your order by either signing into your account or by using the tracking number you received via email upon shipment of your order.

If you have an account with us simply sign into your account

If you do not have an account, simply refer to the shipment confirmation email you received upon shipment of your order that contains the UPS tracking number. You may then use that number to track your order at www.ups.com   If you have misplaced your tracking number, you may call 1-877-887-BLUK (2585) or email us at  customerservice@billylondonuk.com from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday EST to obtain tracking information.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
  1. Do you ship internationally?
    At this time, we are not able to accept international orders or credit cards with billing addresses outside of the United States. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses or US territories.

     

Do you ship to Canada?
At this time, we do not ship orders to Canada.   

    
WHY CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Why not? Creating an account lets you take advantage of faster checkouts, store your account information and review your online order history at any time.

 

You have two ways to create an account at Billylondonuk.com. You can click on the MY ACCOUNT link at the top of any page, enter your email address and password and then click on the Create an Account link.

 

You can also create an account during the checkout process by providing an email address and password at the bottom of the Billing & Shipping page.

 

Either way, creating an account will save time on all your future visits to Billylondonuk.com.

 

Password Help

Passwords exist to protect your personal information. Passwords must be at least 6 characters.

 

If you need help recovering your account password, just click on any Forgot Your Password? link and enter the email address you used to create your account. We will promptly send a new password to your email address.

 

Your Account Information

At Billylondonuk.com you can store your account billing and shipping preferences in your account. If you need to add or change your information, just Sign-In to My Account and click the edit or add buttons.

 

Once you have logged in, your session will stay active until you logout, or after 15 minutes of inactivity.

 

Your Order History

Viewing the history of your orders with Billylondonuk.com is easy. Just Sign-In to My Account and click on the VIEW ALL button. The screen will display current orders and tracking information, as well as past order information.

      Billylondonuk.com accepts several forms of payment with a US billing address:

    4. I made a mistake on the order I just placed. Can I change it?
      Once an order has been submitted we are unable to make any changes to it. Please contact us at 1-877-887-BLUK (2585) and we are happy to assist you with the order. Please call between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday EST.

     

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    1. How do I return an item?                                                                                   
    2. Please call 1-877-887 BLUK (2585) between 9 A.M. EST and 5 P.M. Monday through Friday EST to schedule the return and to obtain your free shipping label.
      We will need the following information:
      Order#
      Styles purchased and amount charged.
      Reason for return

      When you call, you will be given a Return Authorization # which is only valid for 30 days and must be written in bold on the outside of the returned carton. Please repack the item(s) in the original packaging, with the original packing slip inside the package. Then attach the shipping label to your package and send it to us for processing. Please take your package to any FED EX drop off location. 

     

    1. How do I exchange an item I ordered on Billylondonuk.com?
      To exchange an item, you first need to return the original item and place a new order for the exchange. If you prefer to call us at 1-877-887-BLUK (2585) we will assist you with this process. Please call between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday EST.
